Trump Sues To Stop Michigan Certifying Possibly Inaccurate Election Results

( The Trump re-election campaign is suing Michigan to stop the certification of election results that could prove to be inaccurate. The latest lawsuit is supported by witness accounts and affidavits swearing accounts of “irregularities, incompetence and unlawful vote counting.” President Donald Trump’s lawyers are trying to compel the state to delay the certification results until the legitimacy of all ballots can be confirmed.

Naturally, the Democrats aren’t happy about it.

“The suit relies on affidavits from witnesses who say they saw election officials counting ineligible ballots, counting batches of the same ballots multiples times, counting illegal late ballots and pre-dating them, accepting ballots deposited in drop boxes after the deadline, and duplicating ballots illegally,” Trump’s campaign said in a statement on Wednesday.

The lawsuit also explains how Wayne County used ballot tabulators that were faulty, and which resulted in votes for President Donald Trump being counted for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Meanwhile, the media continues to claim that there is no evidence of voter fraud, despite hundreds of affidavits being signed that suggest otherwise. Sworn affidavits are legal documents that constitute evidence.

As the case progresses, some damning information could soon be revealed that casts doubt on the integrity not just of the election in Michigan, but nationwide. The legal complaints documents illegal and official intimidation by election workers, as well as interference with lawful election challengers.

Harassment of Republican challengers that was tolerated by election officials also forms part of the lawsuit, along with “arbitrary and unequal treatment of Republican challenges.”

“Multiple witnesses gave alarming reports of fraud, intimidation, and interference, such as seeing about 50 ballots being fed multiple times into a ballot scanner, provisional ballots being placed in a tabulation box, ballots received after Election Date being pre-dated and counted, and officials in Wayne County covering windows of the counting center to prevent observers from lawfully monitoring the ballot counting process,” the Trump campaign said.

It means that the counting of the votes was impacted unfairly by Republican challengers not being able to properly witness ballots being cast, and challenge any possibly unlawful ballots. The 31-page legal complaint was submitted to the federal court and filed in the Western District of Michigan. If it is successful, Michigan could be on the way to a full hand count and audit of the vote, as is already beginning in Georgia.

Who knows what an audit will turn up?
