Mike Pence Says He’s Open To Running In 2024

(PresidentialInsider.com)- During an interview with the New York Times, published on Monday, former Vice President Mike Pence indicated that he might be open to running for the presidency in 2024 against former President Donald Trump.

Why is this significant?

Even though the growing rift between them has been somewhat evident for some time, a Pence run would illustrate an emphatic turn for the worse in their relationship.

Pence has famously disputed Trump’s claims that he could have overturned the 2020 election.

In March, Trump revealed that he and Pence had not communicated with one another in a “long time.”

“We’ll go where we’re called,” Vice President Mike Pence said during the Times interview. Pence said he and his wife, Karen, would confront the situation by praying about it.

On the other hand, a spokeswoman for the Trump administration, Taylor Budowich, was quoted in the Times as saying that Pence is “desperate to pursue his lost significance.”

Budowich said that the sad reality for Pence is that President Trump is already 82-3 with his endorsements, and nothing is preventing him from saving America in 2022 and beyond.

Because Kemp did not support Trump’s allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 election, he became enraged with him. After that, Trump gave his support to Kemp’s opponent, the former senator David Perdue, and contributed money to a political action committee working to defeat Kemp.

Pence backed Kemp. Kemp prevailed.

In the meantime, Pence has been working on building up a war fund in preparation for a bid for president in 2024.

But it’s a pittance compared to the money acquired by Trump, who has the most significant war chest.

Donald Trump’s formidable money-raising machine has never really stopped running, and it is currently raising enormous quantities of cash. This engine is fuelled in equal measure by donations from grassroots donors and significant donations from individuals and corporations.

As of March 2022, Donald Trump’s political fund, which is called Save America, had a balance of $108,046,100. This is more money than the Republican and Democratic national committees have combined. It is 12 times as much as the fund that the Democratic speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, calls Pac for the Future.

All of this has been raised despite the fact that Trump hasn’t even officially announced a bid for 2024.

Pence doesn’t realize it, but he is Trump’s new Jeb.
