A new complaint filed by the National Labor Relations Board claims Google illegally spied on employees before firing them. The complaint names two employees, Laurence Berland and Kathryn Spiers. The complaint says all of this surrounds Google’s decision to work with IRI Consultants, a firm widely known for its union-busting work. “Boom Bust” co-host Ben Swann dives in.
