(PresidentialInsider.com)- The FBI and Department of Homeland Security issued a new bulletin last week warning that the Buffalo mass shooter distributed a “how-to” document that could inspire and “enhance the capabilities of potential mass casualty shooters” around the globe, according to Just the News.
“The written guidance will contribute to the volume of violent extremist content readily available online, leading to potential opportunities for future attackers to learn from the TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) and enhance their own capabilities,” the warning states.
The 19-year-old mass shooter is charged with killing 10 people, all black, and 27 felony charges alleging that he plotted a terrorist attack in what authorities say was racially motivated. The shooter left behind a 180-page manifesto and a 672-page diary “to serve as a manual for future attackers.”
“The diary demonstrates his interest in extensive pre-operational planning and details his ideological motivations, target selection, gear and weapons choices, reconnaissance, and calls to action designed to inspire additional attacks,” the bulletin said.
The bulletin did not make clear how many of these copies were distributed but maintained that they will remain alert the potential use of these TTPs.
The shooting occurred at Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo, New York on May 14. As indicated by his manifesto, the shooting was racially motivated and predicated upon the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, according to conservative magazine American Pigeon.
The Great Replacement Theory has been defined differently especially for far-right extremists who allege that there is a Jewish conspiracy to make white people minorities. The theory has clearly been exploited by white supremacists and white nationalists, but has been demonstrably used by the Democratic Party in order to dilute the American voting bloc, such as by allowing unfettered immigration into the country.
Even the left-wing Politico admitted as much when one author wrote, “For years, the Democratic Party has operated under one immutable assumption: Long-term demographic trends would give the party something like a permanent majority as the country as a whole grows less white and more urban.”
As long as the media, Democratic Party, and even the right, ignore the root causes that are driving young white men to extremism, the problem is only going to fester and grow.
