Democrats Are Forcing A Vote On Codifying Roe V Wade

(PresidentialInsider.com)- No matter what the Supreme Court says, the Democrat Party will not give up their sacrament of abortion without a struggle.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer stated on Thursday that the United States Senate would vote on abortion rights next week.

Apart from communist China, no country on the planet has a more brutal abortion regulation than the Democratic Party in the United States. This godless extremist party supports partial-birth abortion and abortion up to birth.

The Senate would vote on abortion legislation on Wednesday as part of the Women’s Health Protection Act.

The declaration comes after Schumer promised to conduct a vote before the midterm elections to make abortion a winning issue for Democrats. Voting on this bill is not a meaningless exercise, Schumer stated. He said that this is about as urgent as it gets. He’ll vote to safeguard a woman’s freedom to choose, and every American will know where every other senator stands.

The legislation, however, is projected to fail due to overwhelming Republican opposition. The Senate will fall well short of the 60-vote threshold required to enact most legislation.

Sen. Joe Manchin, a moderate Democrat from West Virginia, will join Republicans in opposing the plan, revealing a schism among Democrats on abortion.

Before the vote, Manchin said that he would vote “no” on the Democratic package because it was too broad. He stated that he would favor codifying Roe v. Wade but that this bill goes too far.

The bill’s inability to progress will highlight how Democrats’ weak Senate majority limits what they can do, even as the party faces tremendous pressure to act on abortion rights amid worries that Roe v. Wade may be overturned.

However, scheduling the vote will allow Democrats to draw attention to the problem and condemn Republican opposition to the bill’s adoption.

Schumer said that Senators will cast one of the “most crucial” votes “not only this session but in this century.”

“This is not an abstract exercise; it’s as real and as urgent as it gets,” Schumer said.
