Chris Wallace Left Speechless After House Minority Whip Refuses To Say Election Wasn’t Stolen

( Republican House Minority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise refused to give in to Democrats on Sunday and say that he does not believe the 2020 presidential election was stolen. During an interview with left-wing Chris Wallace of Fox News, who famously sided with then-candidate Joe Biden during the presidential debates, Scalise refused to back down on the fact that the last election was fraught with misconduct and fraud.

“I’ve been very clear from the beginning,’ Scalise said. ‘If you look at a number of states, they didn’t follow their state-passed laws that govern the election for president.”

True. That’s exactly what happened, and that’s exactly the concern that former President Donald Trump has – not that Chris Wallace or the national media cares.

The Louisiana legislator told Chris Wallace on Sunday that the United States Constitution says that the states determine what the rules are, and those rules are made into law by the state legislatures.

Wallace really wanted to force Scalise to choose between accepting that the last election wasn’t stolen or admitting that it was stolen, knowing very well that he would face the wrath of the Democrats and the media if he said anything concrete – but he didn’t trip Scalise up.

The House Minority Whip said that the problems in last year’s election go well beyond regularities – he said that it’s a matter “states that did not follow the laws set which the Constitution says they’re supposed to follow.”

It’s legitimate concerns like these that the Democrats like to call the “Big Lie” – but ask yourself, what would the media be saying if the Democrats lost the election because states didn’t follow Constitutional procedures?
