Alan Dershowitz Thinks Rittenhouse Should Sue the Media

(PresidentialInsider.com)- This past weekend, Harvard law professor and attorney Alan Dershowitz appeared on Newsmax’s “Saturday Report” to discuss t Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal as well as any possible defamation lawsuits he might bring over the media’s relentless defamation and lies.

Dershowitz was especially irritated by the media attacking Rittenhouse for breaking down into tears during his testimony. Calling it “racism, pure and simple,” Dershowitz said nobody in the media would have attacked a black defendant for crying on the witness stand.

Dershowitz suggested that maybe we should return to Martin Luther King’s philosophy of judging people based on the content of their character, adding that isn’t what CNN or others in the media are doing. For them, everything is racial politics.

Dershowitz offered to give Kyle Rittenhouse the names of some attorneys who could represent him if he chooses to file defamation lawsuits against those in the media who lied about him. Dershowitz also offered to share with Rittenhouse and his lawyers the research he compiled against CNN as part of his lawsuit against the cable network.

Though it looks like Kyle Rittenhouse won’t be needing Alan Dershowitz’s help with any possible defamation suits. He and his legal team are already on it.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson on Monday, Rittenhouse said that he already has good lawyers working on possible lawsuits.

Surprisingly, even knowing that Rittenhouse already has plenty of cause to sue, media personalities are still carrying on with their slander and lies – mostly notably MSNBC’s Joy Reid who has continued her nightly attacks on the 18-year-old Rittenhouse even days after his acquittal.

Rittenhouse also had some words for President Joe Biden who, as a candidate, accused him of being a white supremacist.

He told Biden to go and watch the trial and get all the facts, and accused him of “actual malice” and defaming his character.
